Service Fee
Balloon delivery service requires a minimum
purchase of $50.00 on
weekdays and $100.00 on weekends.

upon delivery destination area.

Weekday Delivery Availability
Same
day delivery may be available for most orders placed Monday
through Friday. Depending on the size of your event and the
type of décor
you are interested in, it is preferred that you place a weekday
order at least 72 to 24 hours in advance. Specialty balloon
bouquet orders are mostly available for same weekday delivery.
Weekend and Holiday Availability
Because
most events take place on weekends, we are limited to the amount
of orders we can fill that day. Therefore, depending on the
size of your event and the type of décor you
are interested in, we recommend contacting us at least 2 to
6 weeks prior to your event. We recommend placing holiday orders
at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to guarantee our availability.
Business Deliveries
We will leave the balloons at the place of business when the
recipient is absent from the business as long as there will
be someone present at the place of business to receive the
balloon delivery in the recipients absence.
Residential Deliveries
We must make phone contact with the recipient or someone at
the residence where the order is to be delivered prior to delivery.
This may result in the delivery being made later than the scheduled
delivery time. We make every effort not to spoil the surprise
of a balloon bouquet delivery; however, this can be difficult
for residential deliveries since contact is necessary prior
to making the delivery.
If you prefer that we not call ahead as directed above, but
rather proceed with the delivery and leave the balloons outside
the residence if no one answers, we will do so. However, we
will not accept responsibility and will not offer a refund
or credit if the balloons are stolen, popped, blown away, or
otherwise damaged as a result of being left outside. We only
offer this delivery service to free-standing residences with
front and back yards.

Sales
Tax
We are required to charge sales tax on the full amount of
orders delivered within the State of California in accordance
to the destination prevailing tax rate.
Substitutions
Beyond the Balloon reserves the right to substitute
or to make changes of equal or greater value to all orders
depending upon product availability.
Balloon Float Time
Balloon
float time varies from 20 hours to 8 days, depending on several
factors. We use Ultra Hi-Float™ in all of
our specialty balloon delivery bouquets. Ultra Hi-Float™ is
a liquid that increases the average float time of latex balloons
when applied to balloons that are used indoors. Ultra Hi-Float™ is
non-toxic and water soluble.
Balloon
Tips
Balloons look their best and last longer indoors. Balloons
outdoors tend to oxidize in the sun after a few hours and will
only last for the day of the event. By nature, they are sensitive
and can pop. Avoid exposing balloons to extreme heat and sharp
objects as this could cause the balloon to burst. Before releasing
a group of latex balloons to float on the ceiling, release
two or three as a test. The invisible fiber particles in acoustical
ceiling tiles can pop balloons. Latex balloons are 100 percent
natural substances that will biodegrade both in sunlight and
water. Mylar balloons are not biodegradable. Mylar balloons
may conduct electricity. Do not release Mylar balloons outdoors
or near electric power lines. Mylar balloons could appear deflated
in cold air and will fill out when warmed up.
Balloon Warning
Children under 8 years of age can choke or suffocate on un-inflated
or broken balloons. Discard broken balloons immediately! Adult
supervision is required.
