In combination with our meticulous attention to detail and vivid imagination, we design, plan and produce events that are created around our clients’ personal style, vision and budget.

 

Whether you require help with every detail from developing and designing a theme and decoration concept to managing your entire event, or are just looking for some professional advice and simply need assistance in selecting the perfect shade of blue for your linens, we will be happy to assist you in every aspect in order for you and your guests to experience and enjoy a most fabulous and memorable event.

Beyond the Balloon offers various levels of event planning services:

 

Full Service

 

Initial one (1) hour complimentary consultation

Unlimited personalized consultation meetings via phone, e-mail and in person

Budget development and management in excel format

Event design, theme and décor concept development

Assistance with venue selection

Assistance with stationary design, i.e. Save the Date, Invitations, Place Cards, etc.

Address and mail Save the Date, Invitation and Thank You Cards (postage fees not included)

Provide professional vendor referrals

Arrange and accompany client to all vendor appointments

Accompany client to tastings and assist with menu selection

Review and negotiate vendor contracts

Manage all vendor relations

Final site walkthrough

RSVP follow up service

Assist with accommodations for out of town guests

Assist with floor design plan and seating assignments

Final vendor confirmation and driving direction distribution

Create a detailed checklist and timeline for the day of the event

Partial Service

 

Initial one (1) hour complimentary consultation

Unlimited personalized consultation meetings via phone and e-mail

Three (3) in person consultation meetings

Budget development and management in excel format

Event design, theme and décor concept development

Assistance with stationary design, i.e. Save the Date, Invitations, Place Cards, etc.

Address and mail Save the Date, Invitation and Thank You Cards (postage fees not included)

Provide professional vendor referrals (client to meet with and negotiate vendor contracts)

Final site walkthrough

Assist with floor design plan

RSVP follow up service

Final vendor confirmation and driving direction distribution

Create a detailed checklist and timeline for the day of the event

Complete Day of Service. (See Day of Service for package details)


Day of Service

 

Initial one (1) hour complimentary consultation

Unlimited personalized consultation meetings via phone and e-mail

One (1) in person meeting to discuss final event details scheduled 1 - 2 weeks prior to event

Final site walkthrough

Contact all vendors and confirm arrival time

Create a detailed checklist and timeline for the day of the event

Receive deliveries and greet vendors

Distribute timeline to all vendors

Distribute final payments and gratuities to all vendors

Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled

Oversee proper set-up of event site

Oversee proper placement of escort cards, favors, programs, menu cards, etc.

Greet and direct guests

Supervise entire event from start to finish

Assist in clean up and gathering of gifts, props, rentals, etc.

 

One (1) coordinator on the day of the event will be present. Depending upon the size of your event, an assistant coordinator will be provided and billed at $250.00 per assistant coordinator.

 

Up to 8 hours of service will be provided the day of the event. If additional hours are required, they must be requested and paid for prior to the day of the event. Additional hours will be billed at $100.00 per hour.

 


A La Carte

 

If you are planning your own event and would simply like some assistance with any aspect of your event, Beyond the Balloon may be retained as your event consultant to assist you.

 

*All of our packages are fully customized to your exact needs; therefore, pricing is determined by the size and scope of your event, the type of service requested, the number of months lead time, any necessary travel and time required to execute your event.
